My approach in providing health coaching is holistic as one cannot accomplish goals without supporting every aspect of their being. I strongly believe the physical and mental aspects of our lives are closely connected and greatly influences our overall health and wellness. Maintaining good health is more than simply taking care of the different parts of our physical bodies as it incorporates emotional and spiritual aspects as well. As your coach I am 100% committed to supporting your health, wellness and positivity journey in a very non-judgemental, respectful, empathetic and relaxed manner. Throughout the program I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make viable changes that improve your overall health and happiness. Collaboration, transparency and partnership are strong focuses of mine as I want to ensure we build a healthy, positive and longterm relationship.
Your kitchen is the backdrop to a healthy diet. In this 90 minute session, we will work together to assess your pantry and refrigerator; discuss items you already have; as well as specific ingredients and gadgets/supplies you may need to successfully acquire and maintain your desired nutritional lifestyle.
Holistic retreats & workshops allow us to take a step back and reconnect with ourselves; realign with our purpose and the ability to approach life and all that we do with positive intentions. During the events we will focus on specific topics that greatly and positively impact overall well-being with specialist ranging from Yogi’s, Message therapist, herbalist, Chefs, Growers etc. There will also be activities and exercises directly related to the subject.
